Genuinely need advice

Hi everyone I'm currently working at swiggy as a senior account manager with a salary of 8.5+2 I get around 85 to 90k per month in hand. I'm 27years old

I started my first Job as BDE with a package of 6lpa for 2 years Did a pointless mba and wasted 2 years post that Then got a job at swiggy When I look around people my age everyone seems to be earning a lot more than me (in my circle atleast)

I want to get away from sales and switch in the field of program management or brand marketing, I don't have relevant experience as I've been in sales all the way.

I'm not sure what I should do, open to any kind of advice.
