  1. Learn SQL well and python to an extent where you can do SQL like operations and decent data analysis in Python. Ankit Bansal on YouTube has very good free content.
  2. Cold msg people on LinkedIn to get referrals, there will be companies hiring at entry levels and since you do use Excel and PowerBI - you've a slight upper hand.
  3. Solve some basic case studies - you'll find plenty of online videos on YouTube (Jay Feng being an example - you can similarly look at a few PM interviews to understand RCA etc if applying to Product Analyst roles)
  4. Whatever you've done so far at work - know them well, document it. Will be helpful for you to revise while giving interviews. Given you already use Excel and PowerBi, ensure you've something good enough to speak and convince the interviewer you'll be good with data (if you're cooking up something - make sure it's believable and you're up for any questions asked on it)
  5. Don't go for the courses from greatlakes upgrad etc - a total waste of resources. For an entry into data space there's plenty of free resources. And a good company hiring you will never really value those certificates.
