Shareholders cant have the same conviction as the founder's/Ceo Most probabily the founders did not have a majority share anymore due to so much funding, dilution and things were out of their hands. Hopefully he doesn't start another round of restructuring.
Not everyone is lucky enough to see a downward spiral first hand. It’s a good learning experience. I’m interviewing of course and intend to jump ship asap. But it’s still an interesting experience
