It’s mostly motivational. I’m looking for hacks to incorporate in daily life - like drink 3 ltrs of water a day.

I care for you and suggest to stay away from this BS "drink 3L water a day". A healthy mind(which listens to goggins) doesn't need this nonsense. They know body will demand water when it will need it. All hacks are useless. There is no rocket science. You want to lose fat-> Run. You want to gain muscle -> lift. It's that simple. But junk brain searches "best shoes for running" while eating Pakode.
Bad Social media influence has cluttered your brain and now you have 2 choices. Take the blue pill and continue living in the wonderland asking for 'hacks' and staying the same way as you are. Or you take the red pill and see yourself evolve.
You call it motivation I call it clarity and knowledge for mind. Keep scrolling on 100,000,000 blog posts for hacks.
