Try for the dawama belt and above. Getting even an ok-1bhk below that will be near impossible.

40k lower parel rate. Some good societies and best clubs there. Any further down its fuck expensive, definitely not 50k per room.

i worked In JPMorgan in Powai in 2015. The rent I paid for a room without washroom in Powai 2015 is higher than the 2023 rent I currently pay in Bangalore for a bigger room with attached bathroom
