Google L4 interviews a month ago and cleared all the rounds.

I had given Google L4 interviews a month ago and cleared all the rounds. The decision was pending with hiring committee as of my last update.

The recruiter mailed me a week ago saying now my profile will be shifted to another recruiter. I have since then mailed the other recruiter twice asking on updates but no response.

What are my chances now? It is almost 40 days now since my Googlyness round.
