Have offers from Google, Amazon and Uber
Almost all of them are paying in the range of 61-70. Which one should i join ?
Base - 51LPA Bonus - 15% of Base RSUs - 150K USD over 4 years Joining Bonus - 10L
Initially recruiter had offered 81LPA but I shared my hesitation to join the team offered because I had read a very serious red flag review about the manager of the team and tech lead on teammatemeter.com (refer the screenshot below). I had requested for another team but the recruiter said this is the only team available. Since I had another offer from Uber (72LPA), I declined the Google offer because I didn't wanted to risk my career. Next day the recruiter returned with improved offer but same team.
I'm totally confused what to do. Should I take the risk for extra 19L or play it safe by joining Uber because ultimately the manager and teammates matter a lot.

Long term google is solid. You can always switch internally.
If you cracked google now you will Crack it in the future. Just join whatever feels right. Both are dream companies for Tech people
