A lot of these jobs will move to cheaper countries, they won’t be completely scraped. India should benefit
This trend has played out time to time interest rate increased, global crisis hit ~> outsourced to India. Covid and remote work just fast forwarded it.
India is no more cheap, we have new team mates from Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam in APAC, from Poland & Romania in EU. This is happen with us in next 4-7 years.
The way the OP of the Reddit post mentioned about their work and how they felt about it makes it even more sad. Sadly, it’s time to take jobs not too seriously and look at them as transactional relationships whenever possible.
What is OP I see it everywhere in reddit
