Have you heard any of these phrases from your leadership team?
“Feature shocks happen when you try to cram too many features into one product, creating a confusing and often expensive mess.”

Iam a product designer, ui developer, no code have 2 years experience. This is some feeling. Got into company 1yr before when the edtech platform failed in capturing users . The problem statement was to make a platform to teach machine learning and data science for kids between 12_18 age. Build a complete game ui concept . All like it now the MVP is released ,company said they are focusing on marketing so restructuring. Over 100 screens (1000) iterations.
It was fun designed entire thing myself. Hard to belive I'm out.
This too is an experience I guess. Iam just 26 by the way
Sorry to hear this. Check if there are any openings at AngelOne that suits your role. Will be happy to refer
Can't you launch it yourself? In another avatar? I would love to learn from such a platform.
Well I don't think I'm In a position to start anything, now , need a job get some stability.
It's one project I went full crazy on my creativity. Really enjoyed it.
Team was 15 people they fired 10 people . I wished they retained.
ML and Data Science for 12_18... dude, this is child abuse.
Yeah had the same thought , when they gave me the problem statement .But it was basics , data sorting, building small models , of images, text ,speech.Rock paper sic or games. I tired to gamify it to maximum . And webhad almost 400 beta testers . Kids around 70 completed the projects and all. We used scratch too if u have heard of it,. We were getting into programming . But then they layer off me...but it was fun.
