Hi all, I was living in pg in gurgaon and its been 3 months my security has not been refunded. The guy stopped responding to my calls and texts
I want file a legal complaint but if anyone knows what can be the right way to go about it, pls help your guy out.

If you have a written agreement with payment proofs. Including proof of payments. Then any lawyer can draft and send a legal notice. Usually that should do the trick.

I dont have an actual rent agreement but have mail of my confirmation of booking, payment proofs and their written committment of security being refunded (which they did not adhere to)
