Guys the CEO of startup isn't giving my relieving letter and has blocked me everywhere.

I've to submit it to join another company and i am time bound I left his company due to lot of work pressure and stress What can i do?

Wow, such toxic and childish behaviour.

Do you have any other connects at the startup? Ask them to nudge.

Or you can send the letter of resignation to the new company instead (you've that, hopefully?)

Or reason with new company?

Or possibly (warning: illegal advice) forge it.

Not yet have to do that but I was expecting a proper response from him but he is doing wantedly

Ask your current company what alternative documents can be given as you don't have experience letter. Like payslip etc

Consult a lawyer and proceed legally. Any one will fear if they lawyer notice. Cheers. 🥂

BCC you current company HR on an email that you send to previous company

Mention in that email, that you had resigned on xx date served you y month notice period and your LWD was tt and you want the relieving letter. Show them it's not you.
