Have you tried posture corrector belts. Thinking to purchase one as I sit throughout the day in the office. Any suggestions/experience regarding this?

Pointless. You're treating the outcome, you need to treat the cause.

Workout and strengthen muscles. Musculoskeletal health is important.

Use 20-20-20 to manage sitting for long durations. Get up and walk around every 20 mins.

Get a sit-stand desk.

Standing desk might not be feasible in the office, same for getting up every 20 mins. Have to do exercises for muscles👍 and will start to getup atleast once per hour

Can you post a picture, There are some belts which lessen pressure on your back muscles, in short term they help but in long term they worsen the situation

Check with a physiotherapist first using any

Join the gym, do some deadlifts and make sure you get up every 30-45 mins to give your eyes, back and rest of the body a break. Make sure you walk along 3-4km a day. Boom, issue solved
