Hello guys, Please see the attached image and let mw know the lump sum in hand salary for HCL. Also, the band is mentioned as E2. How is it? The designation says “Specialist” What would be the day to day work responsibilities? They are hiring me for their acquired company name C3i support services

So I'm trying to figure out HCL's designation hierarchy and I'm a bit lost. Can someone explain the difference between E2 and E3 bands? Like, is a senior tech lead more technical or management-focused? Thanks.
