It's greater than E1 it means you will have more responsibility to E1 band employees

I mean, it includes flexi basket, food wallet and compensatory allowance. I don’t understand these terms. I’d appreciate your help.

What is HCL's designation hierarchy?

So I'm trying to figure out HCL's designation hierarchy and I'm a bit lost. Can someone explain the difference between E2 and E3 bands? Like, is a senior tech lead more technical or management-focused? Thanks.
