Heavy work in the last week?

Who tf gives detailed competitor analysis and user segmentation task without any proper analytics tool configured to a Product Manager who has only one week(5 working days) left in his notice period? This is in addition to the KT I have to give to another PM.

Aisey managers ko kya karna chahiye? Want suggestions in the comments...

Aisey kisiko hua kya? Pura weekend kharab kardiya 😭

You do not need to deliver it by working overtime.

The most professional way to handle this would be to do it at the normal pace you would have done if you were still continuing at the job. Account for the time lost in KT sessions. It has to come out from normal working hours. A day before your last day, handover the current progress and do the KT on what more needs to be done and if you had some plan on how someone can approach the remaining piece.

Frustrated PM

In last 3 years, I have switched 3 companies. I hate my current company especially considering my precious companies. Also, I cannot go back to my organisation because of location constraint. Can anyone has any advice? Highly frustrated 😭

  1. High pressure on timelines- business and top management shits on you if you don’t deliver on time
  2. No power to control the outcome- engineers don’t listen to you neither does the design or analytics team, you end up begging for res...
