Try the financial aid option in Coursera to get it for free or get an udemy course, they're really really cheap for the amount of things taught in a course

If you just want a certificate quickly, there's an app called Cursa on PlayStore. You can get certificates under 10-15mins just by doing some MCQs. I used this app when I was in college.

But if you want to learn & take your time, Coursera with Financial Aid is best. You'll get access to the courses after 2 weeks of submitting the application.
