Hey Guys !!!!! I have got the following offers from Swiggy and Meesho for an analytics role. Expecting another offer from Hike in the coming week. Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective.
My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC.
Swiggy:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me)
Meesho:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB Location:- Bangalore
Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory.
Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but donāt want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.

Swiggyās culture is the worst. Top management lacks backbone, and completely incapable of making good decisions.
New Businesses are being shut down, people are being laid off, thereās excessive boot licking and favouritism culture, Apart from some Product managers rest are just focusing on copying stuff from competitions.
From analytics POV, Analytics team is sometimes forced to bend the data in a way where project is portrayed as successful at-least on the papers.

Hi @Lazycat123 first of all congratulations on grabbing 2 offers. I would personally go for swiggy as what I've heard from friends who have worked there previously is that the teams there support your growth as a professional.Plus since they are always trying to make something new you will get to learn different things and lastly the remote work culture will let you save a lot more money than you can ever save working from from Blr.
