Help me out choose my career path.!!

I joined my current company in mid of August, I only accepted this job because there was recession and I had no other opportunity at that time and also to become financially independent and get out of my home. I know I’m capable getting high packages now I’m working for 4lpa. Now I’m getting trained under SAP stream which is not even my intrest. I want to change to

1. Product(UI/UX)design
2. Full stack Java/Python
3. AI/ML/DATA related I’m confused in which I should try and ace in one. I can give my 100% once I know which gives good pay for freshers. And also the availability. I’m a creative person and enthusiastic about learning things.
