Help needed to kickstart switch journey as a 5YOE

Hey All,
So I have currently ~5 YOE and working as SE-2.
I started my career with a service based company where I was lucky enough to get a project that actually had work to do. My domain was financial and tech was Java. I am really grateful for the experience I got over there however had to switch because was earning peanuts compared to the work I was doing. Plus the workplace became toxic as hell for survival. Switched to product based company at ~2.5 YOE. Saw major change in working style. Quality over quantity for sure. The package I got here was also great. Currently I am in the same product based company but somehow I feel I am not respected enough here. There are many reasons because of which I want to switch. In this company I work with backend as well as frontend. I have designed stuff as well as automated. It feels like right now I am Jack of all trades but master of none. My dilemma is how do I start with the preparation? Seeing the market outside, I am just scared and overwhelmed.
I certainly do not wish to work on frontend. I mean I can do work on it but I absolutely do not enjoy doing so. In my resume as well I am so confused how should I put things out because I have done some major UI work.
There are so many questions and anxiety around just starting out from scratch. Could anybody who recently switched at my level tell me how's the market? Where should I start from? or any experience in general. I would really appreciate it so much.
Also my current compensation is around ~26lpa. I would also really appreciate if anybody wants to share out companies or their journey.

Same here, I'm generalist and I work with almost any stack or tech thrown at me. Just the difference is that I'm fresher. But I'm still worried about for my future.
