My current employer is BYJU'S and I am receiving 21.5 LPA. I am in Bangalore and have all my good circle here and it's also close to my hometown.
And in Gurgaon, i know no one. Please advise me which offer do i choose.

Don’t join TATA1MG, I have a few friends working there and they tell how big a hell it has become . No culture , nothing. Just the name of tata . Fake reviews everywhere . They are having hire and fire policy. Just run for your life if you want to save yourself a lot of people told me on LinkedIn. They are not resigning only because of poor market conditions. Choose something in south itself. Also, no point of being in Gurgaon. Too much heat and worst people. I too am from south India. And I am also moving back to Bangalore soon.

You will save more in Gurgaon. People will alsobe more good in Gurgaon. Pollution almost same. Girls attitude will be little bit better. Northern food will give you you a new birth.
Pro of bangalore : More chill weather throughout the year Easy to switch to new company in comparison (after this switch)
With respect to company, I believe it is still stable. So don't worry about it being startup.
