Let me answer where i come from:
So my domain is knitted tshirts. I am trying to build a lifestyle brand. We’re soon launching knitted shirts as well. We currently have over 35 SKUs in tshirts and launching 10 SKUs in shirts. This is our pilot year.
We started off with Meta ads and got good response initially. One of our campaigns took off around November and December, the festive time, but now our sales have flattened. We were using advantage+ campaign but then it makes us heavily reliant on meta’s algorithms.
I’m not really able to get good traction when I’m creating custom campaigns (as opposed to advantage+) and that’s where i feel i need help.
I had hired an agency and it just wasted my marketing money and didn’t improve my ROAS.
My current CAC is high at 200+ which is eating my margins.
I am currently using woocommerce with wordpress as it is cheaper than using shopify but then I’m also thinking whether the relatively lesser better user experience (due to not using shopify) is leading to sales loss.
The product quality is very good and the pricing is very competitive. I should ideally get more orders.
