WLB is bad but afaik sales guys make the most money across HighRadius. Company is pretty much sales driven, CEO comes from a sales background so he keeps close tabs. Recently became profitable, and unless you're really bad you won't get fired. Source : I work in Engg.

Yes it was a sales role which was offered with a decent hike, catch being it's in Hyderabad and I am currently based out of Bangalore.
