What's the good hike %?
My current CTC is around 14-18LPA and I got 15% hike.
Is this good enough, in this market conditions?

I’d say 10% would be fairly rare. That itself translates to a hike of 5LPA. At these bands/levels, unless there’s a role change or a promotion, pretty tricky to keep those double digit hikes in appraisals
I got 17% in base salary and 20-25% in stocks this year. Was a surprise considering the bad market
