Hiring at BCN

Does anyone have any idea for how long the hiring freeze at BCN would last? Usually they start hiring for analysts around mid January. But there's no news as of now!

FYI BCN is Bain Capability Network (part of Bain and Company). And I saw a couple people getting hired recently on LinkedIn. No clue where they found the opening from.
