House hunt in HSR

Hi, I'm looking for a 2 BHK semi-furnished flat under Rs 30000 in HSR layout.

Must have -

1. security
2. surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic, no water clogging
3. 1 or more balconies
4. New construction
5. Modern design

Nice to have -

1. fully-furnished
2. Car parking
