How and where to apply for jobs?

So, my intern period ends this month. They said they are going to convert me to full time but the problem is I researched and found that full time salaries are almost equal to intern stipends(20k) .

I started applying a while ago on linkedin, career pages etc but have got no responses.

I really want myself to have a offer by the month end. or atmax in a 2-3 months. What should I do? Please suggest an action plan.
