How are people finding remote jobs?
I recently met a few people who are sitting in India and remotely working for US firms. They are getting paid $100k+. Any idea how is this even possible? These people I met were not sharing info on how they found such jobs. 🤷🏻♂️

Not earning that much, but I do work for a US firm. The answer boils down to: I knew someone online well enough who introduced me to the CTO early on after the company had raised their seed round, we’re looking for engineers and I was able to get an interview. They were impressed enough by me, and I got hired.
It really does come down to you knowing someone to get an interview/referral. Hope that helps :)
