Listen to podcasts. You will get very natural with daily conversations.
For me, listening to a ton of music helped too. I read a lot. Helps with vocab and the flow of sentences.
For fluency, practice mindfully. English speaking doesn't have to do with complex words, it's about saying things grammatically correctly and effectively communicating it.
I used to teach state board kids english speaking. One very simple exercise I used to task them with was - Take a topic to write 10 lines about, then read it 3 times aloud. Then try to recall and speak out loud. Chances are you won't remember everything from what you have written but your brain with time will be conditioned to think in a stimulated environment.

Good luck on this journey! :)

I listened to a lot of Cricket Commentary in English when I was 12-13 and just about getting comfortable with the language. And it helped immensely.
Not to mention I played a lot of online games at that age, that had voice chat, which meant I had to speak in English with people from Russia, Germany, UK, etc.

A lot of my friends said that reading books helped them a lot.

My advice, try to speak in English to the people around you. Especially those who won't judge you when you make mistakes.
