I am a 6.5 year of experience backend engineer currently employed with a US based company that doesn't send people to usa on L1 as far as I know. But I have to go to USA because my fiancee is moving abroad for her studies. I have a decent salary here. Hence, I don't see the need for further studies for myself for career growth.
