How can I move to USA with my job?

I am a 6.5 year of experience backend engineer currently employed with a US based company that doesn't send people to usa on L1 as far as I know. But I have to go to USA because my fiancee is moving abroad for her studies. I have a decent salary here. Hence, I don't see the need for further studies for myself for career growth. Nevertheless, I have applied to a few colleges there. But I also want to know if there is any way to move to USA through my job as I would really not want to break up due to long distance. Please guide me if you can

Lol. Fiancee is moving to US without you? Be very careful dude. Indian women drool for US life. Make her go on her money. And if she is already going on her money without you, likely she has made her choice.

It’s ridiculous that your fiancée is willing to move abroad without you. Are you sure she’s serious about the relationship?

Yes she is but it's just that it's her dream to pursue a PhD and hence the move makes sense

PhD in CS?

If you get married before your fiancée moves, you can go with her on F2 visa

But what’s the point? You can’t work on an F2 visa

Try moving in "O-1" visa and self petition EB1B if you happen to have 10 publications with ~100 citations
