How can one get into consulting

You should try getting into the Big 4 first (Deloitte, PWC have a slight edge). And once you have the experience you should try for MBB. Because generally MBB hires from Tier-1 clgs. Start preparing for guesstimates and start practicing case studies with friends and colleagues seek regular feedback from them. Consulting requires you to have good vocational skills , analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
