I have an MVP version of a startup idea. No revenue yet. Someone is keen to angel invest. How does this work? Can someone answer these questions for me?
I am also keen to know about the process - documentation and legal aspects. Is it complex or easy with well defined steps?
Are there any angel investors or group of investors who invest in early stage startups? How do I learn more about it and gain experience? From where to start? Any guidance will be appreciated.
