
How to ask new employer to delay joining?
My current notice period is 90 days and I have received a joining date of 60 days. How should I explain to HR to extend my joining by 30 more days and when should I inform them about the same?
If you have leaves in balance left, you can ask them to take leaves and minus the number of days

No way they will agree, also good possibility that they will not give F&F if they are facing loss because of your departure
