How do I start a startup?

I'm a technical guy with all the necessary technical knowledge and a brilliant idea in my mind.

I'm kind of stuck in personal and professional life so much that I'm litelly not able to think of taking a step further for bringing my startup idea into reality.

I'm literally forced to take a short lived time off just for being me and am never able to initiate my efforts for my startup.

Lately I've tried getting some time by skipping my ofc calls and skipping family meet ups. But still need a better way.

Does anyone have any better way to tackle this problem in a better way?

Note: I've let go of most of the social media applications.

Try to delegate your work as much as possible, whether to AI or teammates. Also, track where you're spending time and see from where you can squeeze out time for your startup

I've tried delegating work to my colleagues but someday or other people will be noticing my way of working and then that might get me into trouble. What say?

You obviously can't just dump everything on others. You need to prioritise and categorise. If it's mundane, try to automate with AI. If it's easy for you, mentor and teach a junior to do it, he/she will also benefit. Do only the things which are critical for you and will also benefit you
