Yoga nidra daily before sleeping. once done regularly can later add breathing exercises, and siting idle for 10-15 mins. 2. By gratitude. By being aware about surroundings that there are so many people not as privilege as us. 3. Daily Journal. 4. Keeping yourself busy by learning something. 5. Big no to social media and junk food. Irrelevant information will mess mind even further. 6. Getting new perspectives by reading a book "Man search for meaning" by a holocaust survivor. It's a small book so can be completed soon.
