A whole month of reading news everyday! Here's to good habits 🍷
Anyone got a streak going longer than this?
Hey folks,
I've tried several times to build a reading habit. At first, I thought reading a blog a day would work, but I quickly realized it wasn't for me. I switched to trying one a week and used an app called Pocket to keep track of my reading list. But over time, the list just kept growing, and I got caught up with life and work, so I stopped reading altogether.
Now, I really want to get back to reading at least 3 blogs or articles a week. I’m curious—how do you all manage your reading lists and make sure you actually get through them?
Any app recommendations or tips would be appreciated!
I use Matter https://hq.getmatter.com and Readup https://readup.org

Read offline. Hard copies of Books or physical newspaper if possible. Start with 1 page a day at a fixed hour.
Also, try to read on laptop maybe and do not switch tabs or use your phone until you finish the article.
Try time boxing. E.g. 10 min of uninterrupted reading followed by 2 min break, repeat
