How do you manage to stay positive every day. Is there a hack?
- Is there a song/Playlist that you listen to keep you going
- Is there an activity that you do - gym, running, meditation, etc..
- Is there anyone - friend/family that you rely on who helps you see the positive side of things and motivate you to keep going
I have accepted that there will be ups and downs and no day would go exactly as I planned.
Once I have made peace with this reality then most of the days I manage to stay positive.
There are days where I am not able to stay positive, but later on I realise that and try to stay away from the triggers/people which makes me more negative or be more conscious when come across those to not let it affect me that much.
And I have made peace with the fact that there would be some positive and some negative days, but as long as majority of them are positive then I am doing good.
Have started going to gym and dance fitness. Dance fitness really helps, atleast for me. We shout, there's loud music and ya dancing as well so somewhat helps to release stress and frustration.
Nobody is positive, the happiest every day. You find things that make you feel good, have a change of scene and talk to close ones. It all goes hand in hand.
Think about death. Suddenly, just being alive seems like a luxury!
