How do you measure data and make decisions based on that?
As the title says I want to learn how and which tools do product people in startups use to query data, make dashboards, do A/B testing and all that.
I'm working at a startup where none of this is practiced, so I want to know how other folks do it as most startups in the growth stage and above do this and expect the candidate to be aware of the tools, setup etc.
Most early stage companies will use a single tool for Event Analytics and Marketing Automation in order to save money. So, something like Clevertap or MoEngage.
As companies mature/make money/raise money, they can go on to sophisticated tools like Amplitude, MixPanel, and use tools like PowerBI, Tableau to visualise data.
Additionally, depending on the type of company you work in, your company might want to store all data in Backend using Postgres, in which case you will have to write SQL queries to query data and use something like Locker Studio/Google Data Studio to make dashboards.
Most companies use Power BI or Excel dashboards for data analysis.
