How good is a Masters

I have 2 years of Backend experience and I feel like masters won’t add much to my knowledge or experience and want an honest reply to all the persons who did masters in US. I come from a Tier 1 college but have a decent CGPA and no research experience whatsoever so won’t get hotshot colleges but the ones which I would get would it add anything to my skillset and I don’t wanna do it just for the sake of getting masters and working in the US.

Usually people do masters to work in the US and not for the "education" really.

Again would working in US not tied to research really be more interesting or more or less the same what I do now ?

Not sure what work you are doing now and how interesting it is for you. But if you are working as a software engineer, you will mostly have the same responsibilities.

I prefer living with less money and good social life then excellent money and no social life. Plus a few of my batchmates are still looking for jobs after completing masters from a very good university.
