How good is Glance for a PM role?

I might receive an offer soon from glance for a PM role. Wanted to know if it’s a good time to join them. I have heard of layoffs happening there recently hence a bit concerned. Overall, how is the culture and work at glance? Any help is appreciated.

Layoffs are happening. PM is generally fine but I would suggest checking other companies as well. Culture is good but we have had no hikes last year and low hikes this year as well

Thanks @SandyDrake96. How does the long term outlook seem like? Is it a good company to spend next 2-3 years and how’s the product doing?

For inmobi it's fine. For glance, it's a risk you should be willing to take. I don't think the company will close but neither does it look like it will explosively grow. Whether that's worth it is your call.

Product is still a good team to be a part of
