Flipsters in grapevine, where is this capital getting consumed? Is it all for new businesses (clear trip, grocery etc)?
How are they moving towards profitability and eventual IPO?
Jab Tak Amazon jinda h or Reliance ko fdi fpi mil rha h... forget profitability for Flipkart but yes ipo might come in h2 2024
Heard about silent PIPs and layoffs.. totally unnoticed and might go up post their big billion day sales.
There are claims that 15% of staff have been handed pip in mid-year review cycle. It was motivated towards increasing profitability and also avoid negative PRs in press.
Culture gone for a toss, profitability’s is far fetched goal, Walmart is just pumping money to stick it to Amazon i guess, once Walmart questions profitability and gets in to day on day business it will fall like house of cards… heard all these from on the “ex flipster”
