I would suggest to keep Persistent at the bottom of your offers list…more like a last resort option Senior people here bend to every demand of the client resulting in long hours for the devs

They didn't mention client name. Just said it's a Financial Services. Anyway reason why I am asking is They not released offer letter yet though all rounds cleared, mgt has okayed. Giving some very silly reasons, their HR dept seems to be really bad.
