How is Practo in terms of culture and WLB? In the growth and prod marketing side?

Not sure on the Growth & Product Marketing Side, I work on the business side, I'd say it's balanced but there's growing hunger to achieve profitability so there's pressure on the middle management to push the team to get to the goals quickly.

Reviews about company in general? Asking for an ex colleague. Hes invterviewing with them but we’re very scarred from our last employer because it was full of just random people doing random things. We both took an early exit during our probation.

Any red flags? To know before joining?
