The attrition rate is pretty high especially for Fincrime roles. On the bright side they pay you really well and as far i know the jobs are 100% remote. The reason for high attrition is top notch quality expectations. I interviewed once for them last year and got an offer from them but i read the reviews on glassdoor and other websites and it was mostly negative due to poor job security. For me job security is way more important than the comp itself so i did not join.

I was offered a measly 30% hike but two of my team members who applied for the same role got an offer for ₹13 LPA. Their way of deciding your comp is slightly different than other companies. They dont ask for your current salary. It all depends on your interview. Anyways none of us joined.

Quarterly targets - quarterly reviews. India business yet to take off for the last 2 years. Majority of the India hires are used for businesses operating in other countries. Kind of shared services as of now.

Bad work culture but they are on a rocket ship. Although a bit late to the party, I think there is still a chance of substantial wealth generation via esops.

Poor job security. They follow strict KRAs every quarter which are kinda impossible hence the attrition rate is high
