In what terms? I worked at the company, and everyone in the market is aware of how bad the company is performing.
Layoffs don't insinuate growth in any way. In fact, it's a direct indication of a company under loss. They're losing big logos, customer churn is at its highest, and the product isn't that great. Hope that answers your question.
