As an ex-Ultrahuman employee, I can confirm that you don’t want to work there.

The culture is cut throat. I was there for an year and I got a total of 3 weekends where I didn’t touch my laptop.

Credit where its due, founders and people are amazing, it’s just that the expectations are so high that you are constantly overworked.

No please don’t. So many issues in the products, leadership and culture. The attrition is pretty high in many BUs.

Because of the culture. The founders after the last round have diluted most of their stake. They are absolutely uninterested in the day to day affairs. Consequently, the leadership has very low accountability. Most good people give up in a year and leave. It is very difficult to move things in Razorpay - only some chosen few remain.
