How is your experience with workdayjobs portal?

Hi fellow developers!

During my college days, when I was on my job hunt I applied for a lot of jobs on the workday portal but have received no response till date. The same experience is shared by all my friends. I also used to ping the company folks on LinkedIn for referral but most of them won't reply and folks who replied were confused about the referral process at their companies.

I wanted to know how is your experience with that portal and how hiring happens in these companies is it only on campus or what?
