2022 has been the year of ESOP value destruction. Lets collect some real instances here. This silent but deadly phenomenon is hardly reported in mainstream media.

How many had esops on paper but never got them ever or founder dodged the policy to avoid it?
I think in India founders are pulling off cheating Indian employees as we are not evolved and our startup ecosystem esops are clean only in the top 5% startups a handful names. Hence, it is important to share your story so that it gets the attention it deserves and helps people entering startups with the dark side.
