How many leaves do you get?

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.

PS Can't share the company's name because there are only 6 employees.

Is it easy to use your leaves? Haven't heard nice things about swiggy

PeppyJellybean

Pretty easy. In fact most people I know don’t even officially apply their leave and managers are pretty chill about it as well.

You might have heard not so good things about Swiggy but I can confidently say, it’s still better than 95% of companies out there.

The 18 PL will get rolled over, but is capped at a max of 45 (which will be reimbursed during exit)

Unlimited leaves (yes, sick, personal, vacation, any kind) + Festival holidays + bank holidays. But enough work to keep you from using all this up.

Unlimited. Not more than 45 days at once. They trust our judgement. Never seen anybody misuse it tbh

Also 14 days compulsory national holidays which we can pick

Have you ever calculated yours? We've the same, i calculated mine last year and i had taken 24. Since it also means there are no paid leaves and thus no encashment, I think this in reality benefits the employer and not the employees.
