How much CTC i can get from Deloitte

Hi Guys,

I have got an offer from one of WITCH for 31 LPA CTC with 10% variable. I have cleared Deloitte round 2 and waiting for HR round. How much more do you think can i quote to Deloitte ? NOTE: I have 9 YOE with Accenture in SAP development.

So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs

Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.
