How much salary hike should I expect when joining Big4 from Infosys?
I have an MBA and 5.5 years of experience in consulting domain. My current CTC is 17LPA (14L fixed). I also have ESOPS worth 4L redeemable 1L, every year. I have an offer from KGS offering 23.5L fixed and they say that they don’t include variable in there CTC. Is it worth to switch, should I negotiate some more?

You need to spend some more time. Consulting is not a domain, you need consulting skills in a particular domain say FSI, retail , energy , utilities , health care , etc
