How much should a marketer be paid? Please share any benchmarks

Hi folks, hiring for an app marketer with 2 YOE at a seed stage startup. For tech hiring, we usually have benchmarks and are thus able to pay within the top quarter percentile.

For marketing, I don't really have benchmarks, so putting it out here

If you are a marketer with 2-3 yrs of experience, what do you get paid or have seen people getting paid? Want to make sure we are fair in our expectations
